Last year, we discovered the best activity for New Year's Eve is to go to Bridge Access and watch all of the fireworks that other people set off. We swung by McDonalds and bought some ice cream treats and then headed over to the Bird Watching platform. From there, you can see out to K-Beach, Kenai, and over towards Soldotna. We spent 45 minutes watching fireworks which was pretty fabulous. Then we went home and were safely tucked into bed well before midnight - the perfect way to close out 2025.
